A meeting of the Association of the Greek Orthodox Communities was held in Coventry on Saturday 9th August 2025.
Representatives of 14 Communities attended. Also present were His Eminence Archbishop Nikitas of Thyateira & Great Britain, His Grace Bishop Maximos and His Grace Bishop Iakovos.
Also present were Christos Karaolis, President of the Federation of Cypriots and Committee members of the Association.
Many issues were discussed in the question and answer session. Covering the issues and problems faced by all communities. His Eminence Archbishop Nikitas made a full and clear statement concerning the needs, objectives and achievements of the Archdiocese.
The purpose of the meeting was for the Communities to inform the Association and for the Association to let them know what the Association and Archdiocese require from them.
In this respect the meeting was a great success.
